CARF provides accreditation services worldwide at the request of health and human service providers. Providers that meet our standards have demonstrated their commitment to being among the best available. The mission of CARF is to promote the quality, value, and optimal outcomes of services through a consultative accreditation process and continuous improvement services that center on enhancing the lives of persons served.


Since 1999 the National Association of Therapeutic Schools and Programs has been the trade association representing residential treatment centers, therapeutic boarding schools, and wilderness programs that help troubled teens, young adults and their families. With many success stories, NATSAP has nearly 160 member schools and programs that treat 5000 adolescents and young adults annually.

Fulton County

Fulton County is committed to providing high quality services to all our residents.  With the large number of services available to County residents, we have grouped these services into categories that make it easy to find the services in which you have interest. Most County services are oriented toward Fulton County residents.  Most services are offered free of charge.  There are fees for some programs, which vary by program.

United Way

United Way partners with organizations that share our view that the way to improve lives is by mobilizing the caring power of communities. Their long-term commitments are essential to addressing key social issues, such as helping children and youth achieve through education, promoting financial stability and independence,and improving people’s health.


The Multi-Agency Alliance for Children is a collaborative of eight non-profit behavioral health care providers united to serve children and families and is committed to creating innovative approaches that advance life-changing results for Georgia’s at risk youth and families.


AdvancED is the largest community of education professionals in the world. We are a non-profit, non-partisan organization that conducts rigorous, on-site reviews of a variety of educational institutions and systems to ensure that all learners realize their full potential. While our expertise is grounded in more than a hundred years of work in school accreditation, AdvancED is far from a typical accrediting agency. Our goal isn’t to certify that educational institutions are good enough. Rather, our commitment is to help these institutions continuously improve.


Atlanta Public Schools partners enable APS to connect the needs of the schools with the intellectual and financial resources of the community. Mentoring and tutoring, volunteering, internships, financial contributions and in-kind donations are just a few ways that partners significantly impact student achievement.


The Fulton County Human Services Grant program bridges the gap in direct government services by supporting established community based nonprofit organizations throughout Fulton County that support the Department’s mission.


Georgia’s Promoting Safe and Stable Families Program provides federal child welfare funding, training and technical assistance to help build state and community capacity to meet the needs of families at risk of child welfare intervention and families in crisis.
