Virtual Dialectical Behavior Therapy Intensive Outpatient Program for Teens

Virtual DBT IOP is six-weeks of Intensive Outpatient therapy and is designed for teens ages 13-17 struggling with mental health concerns that are interfering with school, home, and/or interpersonal relationships.

Benefits of Virtual Programming

  • This program is available to clients outside of the Atlanta area regardless of location in Georgia.
  • The program is in-network with most major insurance providers.

 

Virtual IOP Program includes:

  • Psychiatric services are provided weekly with a board-certified child and adolescent psychiatrist.
  • 12 hours of group programming weekly held Monday to Thursday from 3-6 pm.

 

Virtual Intensive Outpatient Program Groups include:

  • Core DBT skills
  • Mindfulness
  • Vulnerability reduction
  • Social skills
  • Experiential therapy
  • Social-emotional learning
  • Coping ahead
  • Building mastery
  • Individual and family therapy outside of the structured 12 hours
  • Access to DBT coaching calls with a therapist outside of program hours

Virtual DBT for Teens Program Requirements:

  • Clients need to be able to safely participate in treatment online.
  • A guardian or adult proxy must be present during all programming hours.
