Accessing Applications

Hillside staff can access the following web-based applications from this site:

• Outlook Web Access
• Angus Maintenance Ticket system
• Paycom Employee Self-Service
• Relias eLearning Platform

 

Accessing Voice Mail Remotely

To access your Hillside voicemail while off campus, follow these steps:

1. Dial your work number or Hillside main number + your extension and wait for your voicemail to pick up.
2. Press * and your extension (mailbox number).
3. Enter your password and # then follow the prompts.

 

Accessing IT Help

Accessing Hillside Policies and Other Important Documents

In the policy drive (X:\ drive) employees can access all current Hillside policies, the Employee Handbook, the Hazardous Materials Management Plan, and the Safety Data Sheets.  To see these materials open Windows Explorer then open the policy drive (X: drive).
